IT System and Network Administrator (01 Position)

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Upkeep the configuration and reliable operation of all computer systems (servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches).
    • Monitor the server application, system and security logs using various tools such as Microsoft Active Directory.
    • Maintain Server Room and Servers such as File Servers, Domain Controllers, Work stations etc.,
    • System Security and analyses isolate issues. To configure authentication and authorization of end user directory access services.
    • To monitor and maintain Exchange Server, to provide solution email related issues and Outlook email support.
    • UPS maintenance.
    • Anti-Virus support and follow-ups.
    • Finger print and door access system – (Finger Print and Door access System).
    • Backup (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
    • Identify user needs and Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
    • Provide onsite, telephone and online support to all our companies.
    • Check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
    • Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
    • Must be able to work flexible work hours including nights and weekends in urgent cases.
    • Any other tasks assign by supervisor.

 

Qualification & Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ year experience in IT Systems/Network administration.
    • Able to carry out maintenance both hardware and software
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Flexible, honest, hard-working, good team work
    • Strong statistical and analytical tools for system monitoring
    • 1 or more of the following certifications is highly desirable: MCSE, MCITP, MCSA
    • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Debian, Red Hat, Oracle or FreeBSD) highly desirable and will be considered a major advantage
    • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) will be considered a major advantage
    • Must be travel to travel to assigned sites to complete work.
