Compliance Executive (01 Position)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under the instruction of CEO, he/she is responsible to follow up on;
  • Controlling Memo Reference number of the company’s letter to the related government ministries such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Land, Education, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Finance etc…
  • Drafting letter to submit to the related Government ministries such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Land and Electricity Du Cambodge
  • Prepare all requirement documents for Company license registration with different Ministries such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Land and Electricity Du Cambodge
  • Prepare for the New Company Registration, or Update; Ministry of Commerce
  • Prepare the Request and follow up for Construction, Starting and Closing of Site Permit.
  • Prepare Quota for Expat and NSSF related documents by monthly and yearly.
  • Prepare and update the legal budget by seeking approval from CEO.
  • Support the other Business Units on the legal matters.
  • Follow up with the legal update from related Government Ministries and summary it for CEO.
  • Keep all hard copy of the important files for the companies
  • Update the legal check list for all the Business Units to ensure all requirements certificates are renewal on time.
  • Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Drafting Legal Contracts Including Lease, as well as related Legal Documents to ensure the Company’s Interests are executed within Legal Framework.
  • Prepare monthly and Bi-weekly reports on compliance for meeting with CEO.
  • Any tasks assigned by the Group Management.

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Business or Law degree with 2 years of related experience in a MNC, with government exposure and culturally diversified environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of Proven track record in Compliance handling.
  • Highly confident, technically competent, and able to communicate convincingly to government official.
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Good listening skills and personnel management skills.
  • Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics.
  • Be able to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
